Michael
My name is Michael and I am a certified personal trainer. I started my fitness journey about 3 years ago after losing over a hundred pounds. When I started lifting I was weaker than all the girls in my graduating class and now I am a competitive Strongman athlete and won my most recent show in Wisconsin. Whatever your experience level is, I feel confident I can help you get to your goals.
Kyler
I’m an individual who has fallen in love with the process of improving myself both mentally and physically. I have used athletics all of my life as a medium for challenge and an opportunity to better myself and grow as a person. For the past couple of years, I have started a journey of deeply delving into the world of health and fitness and have learned so many things along the way both about myself and the processes involved in the betterment of the human body and mind. I decided to become a personal trainer as I have a deep passion for the gym and physical activity, and I hope to help those I come across in any way I can. Whether it be achieving goals, enjoying the process, or simply learning about oneself, all are extremely beneficial and something that I wish to help others to achieve and experience.
