The outdoor recreation leadership management
cluster minor is designed for outdoor recreation leadership and management
majors only. Students may elect a
cluster of courses from two or more departments, one of which may be the HPER
Department, in lieu of a regular minor or electives. Courses must be approved
by the department's outdoor recreation division faculty. A list of courses in the cluster must be
submitted by the student to the registrar before the first semester of the
student’s senior year. An appropriate
representative of any department contributing eight or more credits to the
cluster must sign off on the list.
