Nominations Accepted for Faculty Award Programs

The nomination or application deadlines for three faculty award programs for the 2006-07 academic year are set for early November. Recipients will be recognized at the Celebration of Scholarship ceremony at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7, in the Peter White Lounge of the University Center.

Awards and their respective deadlines are as follows: TLC Award for Faculty, which honors exemplary faculty use of TLC laptops in the areas of teaching, research and community service, Nov. 1; Excellence in Professional Development among full-time faculty, including department heads, Nov. 2; and Excellence in Teaching Award, Nov. 9.
