Ad Hoc Nominating Committee

Friday, September 25, 2009

A meeting of the Ad Hoc Nominating Committee of the Board of Trustees of Northern Michigan University was held September 25, 2009.  Participating were:

            Jon G. LaSalle, Chair

            Stephen F. Adamini

            Larry C. Inman

The purpose of the meeting was to nominate a Board of Trustees Chair and Vice Chair for calendar year 2010. 

After brief discussion, the committee took action as follows:

It was moved by Mr. Inman, seconded by Mr. Adamini, and was unanimously approved to recommend to the full Board the nomination of Dr. Douglas Roberts as Chair of the Board and Mr. Brian Cloyd as Vice Chair for the 2010 calendar year.
