The ad hoc Strategic Planning Committee meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m.

The Committee discussed the recent vendor interviews with SimpsonScarborough and Stamats, Inc. listing the pros and cons of each company.  Ms. Anthos will check references and will send follow up questions to each company.  The Committee discussed communication aspects of this project.  It was decided to adjust the project timeline previously recommended to the vendors.

The Committee agreed to the following timeline:

• Follow up responses due from vendors – November 29
• Responses to follow up questions sent to Committee members prior to December 9^th
• Ms. Cindy Paavola, Director of Communications and Marketing to be invited to December 9^th Committee meeting
• Strategic Planning Committee meeting scheduled for December 9^th at 10:30 a.m.
• Report to full Board of Trustees on December 10^th to include discussion time
• Committee recommendation to Board of Trustees at February 2011 meeting

The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 p.m.
