Dana Verville is the Senior Director of Global Sales Excellence where he oversees International Marketing, Marketing Communications and Sales Training groups for Stryker Instruments.  Since his start with the company in 1987, Dana has held many roles, each with increasing responsibility, some of which include Sales Representative, Product Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales and Vice President of Sales.  He has a passion for integrity and honor and holding his team accountable to high expectations.

Dana is a 1980 graduate from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  In 1992 he earned a Master degree in Business Management from Aquinas College.  He is also a graduate of the Lead the Leaders Program from the University of Michigan and a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Program from Harvard University.  He resides in Portage, MI with his wife Kay and their three children, Emily, John (Jack) and Thomas.
