C. Degrees

1. The May 2018 final list of graduates and the August 2018 preliminary list of graduates be approved.  A copy of the lists are on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

D.     Property and Finance:

1. That the firm of Anderson, Tackman & Company, PLC receive a three-year extension as NMU’s external auditors.

E.     Special Items:

1. That the Learning Resources Division name be changed to “Broadcast & Audio-Visual Services,” effective August 1, 2018.

2. The Board of Trustees approve the revised Code Section 457(F) Plan and authorize the President to sign the Plan.  A copy of the Plan is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

3. The Board of Trustees approve the Participant Addendum Code Section 457(F) Plan for President Erickson.  A copy of the Participant Addendum is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

4. That the newly constructed Football Center in the Superior Dome be named the “Rick and Nancy Hacht Football Center” and the interior reception space be named the “John and Shirley Berry Alumni Reception Area.”  Both donors have provided gifts towards the project.
