· Wash your hands often, using soap and water, and scrubbing for at least 20 seconds
· Avoid close contact with sick people
· Sneeze into a tissue or your sleeve, not into your hands
· Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-21, issued 3/23/2020, “Subject to the exceptions in section 7, all individuals currently living within the State of Michigan are ordered to stay at home or at their place of residence. Subject to the same exceptions, all public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring among persons not part of a single household are prohibited.”

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Formal Session of the Board of Trustees of Northern Michigan University (phone: 906-227-2232) will be held remotely via Zoom teleconference on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be live-streamed on YouTube at: https://bit.ly/2UeD5Ex.
SPECIAL NOTICE:
· In light of Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s Executive Order #2020-21, there will be no in-person attendance at this meeting.
· The 5-day requirement under the bylaws to address the Board has been waived. Those wishing to address the Board at this meeting: Please send your request to Cathy Andrew, Secretary of the Board of Trustees at caniemi@nmu.edu. She will provide you with an interactive call-in number and will call upon you in the order the requests were received.
