2. That Dr. Steven E. Nelson be granted the status of Professor Emeritus of Political Science and Public Administration, effective November 1, 2020.

C.     Property and Finance:

1. Northern Michigan University’s Facilities Five-Year Master Plan, as required by the Department of Management and Budget, and the 2021-2022 Capital Outlay Project Request, be approved.  A copy of the plan and the project request is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

2. The Fiscal Year 2021 Long-Term Maintenance Project List, be approved.  A copy is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

3. That the 2020-21 General Fund and Designated Fund Base Budgets, Auxiliary Services Budget, and Housing and Residence Life Budget, be approved.  Copies of the budgets are on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

D.     Special Items:

1. That the volleyball locker room/team room be named the “Ron and Barb, ’89, Neaves Volleyball Team Room,” effective immediately.

2. That the following donation be approved:

· Five (5) original oil paintings by Leon Lundmark be accepted through the NMU Foundation for the Northern Michigan University DeVos Art Museum’s permanent collection.

3. That the resolution of the Board of Trustees of Northern Michigan University authorizing the one-day event liquor license be approved:
