C.     Degrees

1. That the May 2021 final list of graduates and the August 2021 preliminary list of graduates be approved.  A copy of the lists is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

D.     Property and Finance:

1. Northern Michigan University’s Facilities Five-Year Master Plan, as required by the Department of Management and Budget, and the 2022-2023 Capital Outlay Project Request, be approved.  A copy of the plan and the project request is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

2. The Fiscal Year 2022 Long-Term Maintenance Project List be approved.  A copy is on file with the Secretary of the Board of Trustees.

3. The purchase of properties located at 1700 Tracy Avenue, Marquette, MI 49855 and 908 Center Street, Marquette, MI, at a cost of $327,000 plus related miscellaneous expenses, be approved.

E.     Special Items:

1. That the Broadcast and Audio-Visual Services operations be reorganized under the management and supervision of the Vice President for the Finance and Administration Division.

2. That the Office of Graduate Education and Grants and Contracts be renamed “College of Graduate Studies and Research,” effective immediately.

3. That Institutional Research, Planning, and Assessment be renamed “Institutional Effectiveness,” effective immediately.

4. That the following new programs be approved:

· Plant Based Wellness, Certificate, effective fall 2022

· Cannabis Operations, Certificate, effective fall 2022

· Acting, Bachelor of Fine Arts, effective fall 2022

· Administration and Outdoor Recreation & Nature-based Tourism, Master of Science, effective fall 2022
