Members Participating in Conference Call:  Mr. Jon LaSalle, Chair, Mr. Brian Cloyd, Mr. Larry Inman, Mr. Karl Weber, Dr. Fred Joyal

The Academic Affairs Committee meeting was called to order via conference call at 2:03 p.m.

Dr. Fred Joyal proposed a name change for the Department of Art and Design to the School of Art and Design. 

The motion duly made and seconded the Committee recommends to the Board of Trustees the approval of the name change to School of Art and Design.  This motion is part of the formal recommendations.

Mr. LaSalle thanked the Committee and the meeting was adjourned at 2:08 p.m.
