Minutes of the Meeting of the Executive Committee

Thursday, April 10, 2008

A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of Northern Michigan University was held on Thursday, April 10, 2008, via conference call.  It was convened by Chair Samuel S. Benedict at 9:00 a.m.  Participating were: 

Samuel S. Benedict, Chair                   Douglas B. Roberts                             

Brian D. Cloyd                                                Mary C. Lukens (ex officio)   

The Presidential compensation material supplied by Mr. Gavin Leach’s office was reviewed.  It was decided that a further review in an Informal Session with the entire Board of Trustees at the May meeting would be appropriate.  A recommendation will then be presented to the full Board at the Formal Session.

Mr. Benedict adjourned the meeting at 9:25 a.m.
