High School Health Sciences

Health occupations programs focus on prevention (wellness), patient/client diagnosis, treatment, care, and rehabilitation as a result of disease or disorders. Students also learn ethics and professionalism and follow the latest technological advances in health care.

Students also complete a semester-long, work-based learning experience at UP Health Systems - Marquette or Bell and at the Marquette County Medical Care Facility.

Available to students in Grade 12

Offered at MSHS (open to students from GHS & SCHS) and IHS (open to students from NHS, RMHS & WHS).
