Northern Lights Dining is the premier dining facility on campus, located between The Woods and Spalding Hall. Newly renovated in 2018 and offering students a full dining experience with a wide variety of meal options at our unique stations.

Ice cream machines with an assortment of toppings, along with cookies, cakes, pie and a variety of baked goods.*
Steel cut oats and omelets can be found at Global in the morning, and international cuisine is offered during lunch and dinner.
*We do not allergen tag desserts at Sugar Maple due to the high risk of cross contact. If you have food allergies and/or food intolerances we recommend not consuming desserts from Sugar Maple.
