Conference rates are available with the following hotels that are a few short blocks from the University and close to Marquette’s wonderful downtown, including the Harbor. If you plan on attending, please make your hotel accommodations early and use the provided information for each hotel to obtain the special conference rates.

Guests can contact the hotel directly at (906) 225-1351 to make their reservations using the group name Opportunity Within the Classroom and they will have until Saturday, March 1st to do so. Your guests may also reserve their rooms online by clicking here.
If anyone needs to cancel their reservation, they need to do so at least 24 hours prior to arrival. When the people within your group make their reservation, they will be asked for a credit card to guarantee their reservation(s).
Also, we are a full-service property. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. If you are in need of any group meals or meeting space please contact our Banquet Sales Manager, Karla Niemi (906-315-4210).

OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS: All rates are per room/per night; a
valid credit card must secure each reservation. Accommodations have
been established for KCP Opportunity Within the Classroom arriving March 16th
2025 for 2 night (s). Rooms are being held in the following types and
rates:
- 15 Guest Rooms with 2 Queen Beds $ 96 /night
- 10 Guest Rooms with 1 King Bed $ 96 /night
Prices reflect room occupancy of 2 adults. Rooms will be tax exempt
from the 6% state sales tax when proper exemption form is provided. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Marquette, is a pet free, smoke free
facility. A $250.00 fine will be added to room charge if smoking occurs or
a pet is brought into the hotel.

RESERVATION METHOD: It is understood that reservations will be
made by individuals no later than 2/16/2025 for the discounted rate.
Reservations made outside of this block (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) will
not be adjusted at check-in or check-out and will not be counted towards
any ‘minimums’ required. No other discounts apply to group rates (i.e.
AAA, AARP, etc). A valid credit card guarantee must accompany each
reservation.
