Non-Supplanting Of Funds Policy - Equal Opportunity

Purpose:
To prohibit the use of federal funds to supplant state and local monies.

Full Description:

Federal funds received under the Act will be used to supplement, and to the extent practicable, increase the amount of state and local funds that would in the absence of such federal funds be made available for the use specified in the Act, and in no case supplant such state or local funds.
