When special events are scheduled on campus, the sponsor should notify the Director of Public Safety and Police Services. Arrangements for crowd control and traffic control will be made by the Director of Public Safety and Police Services. Overtime expenses will be billed to the sponsor, as appropriate.

Regularly scheduled athletic events will be staffed by officers from Public Safety and Police Services for security, parking, traffic, crowd control and banking deposits. Staffing for these events will be set by the Director of Public Safety and Police Services, in accordance with athletic conference requirements or existing contracts. Special athletic events will be billed to the sponsoring department or group.
