Northern Now: Holiday Cooking from Around the World with Chef Alden Griffus
Back by popular demand! Join us on Wednesday, December 8 at 7 p.m. Eastern as we once again welcome Chef Alden Griffus CCC ’10, executive chef of Dining Services at Northern Michigan University, for a holiday cooking segment. Along with NMU Catering Manager Derek Estes ’19, Chef Alden will showcase holiday favorites from around the world, highlighting recipes rooted in various traditions.
Participants will receive the recipes ahead of time. Dianne Stone ’10, NMU events manager, will moderate the event and share audience questions LIVE with the chefs. The event is free and registration is required. Once you register, you will receive the link to the live stream.
