Come visit the NMU Wildpups this semester in the library! Our first event is Monday, February 7, 12:30p-2:00pm!

You will also have a volunteer opportunity to participate in research to help grow the field of Animal Assisted Therapy. Surveys will be available to fill out at the event, and those who participate can enter a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card! Registration is unlimited, and everyone is welcome to come!

Do you love dogs? Are you missing your pet from home? If so, come visit the NMU Wildpups! The Wildpups are a team of dogs who will cheer you up and make you smile on both good and tough days. The events are located in the Lydia Olson Library. All are welcome to attend!

With almost a month left of classes, the workload for many students is getting heavier and more stressful. This event offers the opportunity to relax with certified therapy dogs!

Participants in the study and survey are entered into a raffle to win an Amazon gift card.

The Wildpups are back! Be a part of a study to help the new Animal Assisted Therapy program. If you miss your family's dog or need a way to destress, the Wildpups are here to help. Students and faculty are welcome to enjoy time with these licensed therapy dogs. There will also be a volunteer opportunity welcome for anyone to participate in research to help grow the field of Animal Assisted Therapy. Surveys will be available to fill out at the event, and those who participate are entered into a drawing to win an Amazon gift card! There is no limit to registration and everyone is welcome.

NMU School of Nursing is teaming up with the UP Regional Blood Center to host a blood drive on campus on Tuesday March 30th from 10am to 2pm! Each donor will be entered into a raffle to win one of many prizes donated by our sponsors including gift cards to Aubree’s Pizza, Delft, Babycakes, Yoop-phoria, and Lakeshore Bike. Housing and Residence Life is also holding a competition for the house with the most donors to win a $250 value prize. Walk in’s are welcome but signing up in advance is encouraged at https://signup.com/go/iXUqWUh. Check in will be in the common area near Jamrich 1100. All blood collected at this blood drive will stay in the upper peninsula.
