Extended class field trips should be handled through approvals given on Request for Travel forms.\u003C\/p\u003E\r\n\r\n\u003Col\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EBefore making such a travel commitment, the organizer must submit the travel proposal to or discuss it with the appropriate Department Head who will review it with the appropriate Dean\/Associate Vice President\/Associate Provost.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EIf foreign travel is to be pursued, then the organizer must contact the International Affairs Office.\u0026nbsp;University business travel to destinations that have a warning or advisory issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and\/or the state department will need written approval from the traveler\u0026rsquo;s vice president.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\t\u003Cli\u003EIf fund raising is to be pursued, then the organizer should contact the Development Office.\u003C\/li\u003E\r\n\u003C\/ol\u003E\r\n\u003C\/div\u003E\n \u003C\/div\u003E\n\u003C\/div\u003E\n","settings":null},{"command":"redirect","url":"#procedure_anchor"}]
