The Technology and Occupational Sciences Department is home to the Culinary Café. This student-run, education-focused food service outlet is operated by first-year hospitality management students. The necessary training and hands-on experience gained in preparing quality foods and providing exceptional customer service within this busy café setting is a highlight within the hospitality management program.

The Café offers lunch to students, staff, faculty and members of the community at reasonable costs and, therefore, receives a significant amount of traffic on a daily basis.

Students within the Culinary Café work closely with Hospitality Management faculty to offer diverse foods in a traditional café setting while learning to prepare foods, serve guests and properly maintain a kitchen setting.
