Summer 2007 Community Service Activities

• Wellness Trail Development (Maintain and  upgrade trail.)

• Aquatic Invasive Species (Assist the Water Resource Department with Purple Loosestrife control.)

• Water Quality (Assist the Brownfields Program with shoreline and channel cleanups.)

• Community Events (Assist with Lakes Fest and July 4^th Events)

• Lac du Flambeau Tribe (Assist Natural Resource Department staff with other tasks as needed.)

Summer 2006 Community Service Activities

• Fish Hatchery (Fix nets, feed fish, tend to trout pond)

• Tribal Campground (Maintain campground and help with gas and bait sales)

• Strawberry Farm (Clear weeds, pick strawberries, and sell produce.)

• Wellness Trail Development (Clear trails, plant medicine garden, set up signs and benches�)

• Wildlife Management (Remove overflowed beaver dams and repair Loon platforms)

• George W. Brown Museum (Assist with tourist groups and help maintain the pow-wow grounds)
