| Description |
The Act encourages private sector sharing of information with the Department of Homeland Security. Information that is voluntarily provided relating to infrastructure vulnerabilities or other vulnerabilities to terrorism is not subject to public disclosure under FOIA, and does not lose its protected character if forwarded by DHS to other federal agencies. |
