No deduction will be allowed for the donor for a contribution of $250 or more (whether in cash or property) unless the donor has a contemporaneous written acknowledgment from the university substantiating the contribution. The university must provide a written disclosure statement to the donor(s) who make payments described as quid pro quo contributions in excess of $75. |
