It is the intent of the legislature that public and private organizations that conduct human embryonic stem cell derivation subject to section 27 of article I of the state constiution of 1963 will provide information to the diretor of the department of helath and human services by December 1, 2018 the information found in sec.274 of the PA 265 of 2018. |
