Mike Bath MIOSHA-STD-1501 link: https://www.michigan.gov/documents/CIS_WSH_part11ad_37844_7.pdf MIOSHA-STD-1501 is an issuance from LARA effective January 2, 2017 to detail and explain the requirements to comply with MIOSHA Administrative Rule PART 11. RECORDING AND REPORTING OF OCCUPATIONAL INJURIES AND ILLNESSES. The issuance can be updated and superseded at any time by LARA. Note that the MIOSHA rules are more restrictive than OSHA at 29 C.F.R. Part 1904. Therefore, we follow MIOSHA at PA 154 of 1974 and all it's implementing rules. This section of rules appear at R 408.22001-22158. |
