Weekend Schedule - NMU Family Weekend

The minute Wildcat families step on campus, they are welcomed into our community with open arms. The Friday of Family Weekend usually consists of an informational session followed by the chance to cheer on Wildcat Athletics, a community dining experience at Northern Lights Dining, and on-campus entertainment.

The NMU community expands to our off-campus environment as well. Saturday of Family Weekend is the day to explore Marquette. Have you ever hiked a mountain with a big wildcat? Well, now is your chance. The day kicks off with a hike up Sugarloaf Mountain followed by another community-driven activity. There will be more chances to cheer on Wildcat Athletics and on-campus programming to close out the day.

We would never let you leave campus hungry, so each Family Weekend ends with a community brunch. Catch an athletics game or on-campus event before you head out. Or just never leave!
