Northern Lights Dining is the premier dining facility on campus, located between The Woods and Spalding Hall. Newly renovated in 2018 and offering students a full dining experience with a wide variety of meal options at our unique stations.
Please note that for the safety of our students, only current students, faculty and staff are allowed entry.

Global
Steel cut oats and omelets can be found at Global in the morning, and international cuisine is offered during lunch and dinner.
*We do not allergen tag desserts at Sugar Maple due to the high risk of cross contact. If you have food allergies and/or food intolerances we recommend not consuming desserts from Sugar Maple. Please utilize desserts in the allergen friendly room "Robin's Nook". If you have any questions, Please ask for a manager.
