Before you begin working...

There are a few things that must be completed before you start your story with us. After you have accepted a position at one of our dining outlets please report to the Dining Services Central office - located in the Northern Center to fill out all of the necessary paperwork and obtain your Hire Authorization Card (Green&Gold Card). You will need to bring your original, unexpired identification documents (most students provide a Passport OR Picture ID and a Birth Certificate OR Picture ID and Social Security Card) - no photos or photocopies.

You must be enrolled for 6 or more credits and be able to provide the employment office with a picture ID and proof of citizenship.

Not necessarily. Employment continuing from semester to semester largely relies on your attendance and your performance.

If you are an International Student hired at Dining Services you must call and make an appointment with the Dining Employment office, to complete your work authorization paperwork. We can be reached at 906-227-2496. We work directly with the International Programs office to ensure students complete all necessary paperwork.
