OIS 161 Document Input and Processing 4 cr. Introduction to common business documents and basic word processing techniques. Students will create, format and edit a variety of business documents including correspondence, tables, and reports. Speed and accuracy skills are further developed; information input technologies are introduced. The Microsoft operating system, e-mail and the Internet will be included.
