Genetic and Genomic Analysis Techniques

- Offered: Fall Winter
- Prerequisites: Students must achieve a B- or better in all 100-200 level CLS courses and BI218 and a B or better in all 300-400 level CLS courses and BI 312, BI406, BI 418 and CH454. Completion of the pre-clinical courses in the diagnostics genetics curriculum and acceptance by an affiliated clinical agency.

This course is part of an intense, six-month, full-time practicum in an affiliated full-service laboratory under supervision of appropriately credentialed molecular biology technology professionals. Includes practical experience and theoretical principles in areas described by CLS 250G, CLS 470, CLS 471, CLS 472 and CLS 473.
