HP 200 Physical Well Being 1 cr. A lecture class on the foundations and principles of physical fitness and health. Students learn to recognize the hazards of being unfit and inactive, determine individual levels of physical fitness, and acquire the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a personal satisfaction level of physical fitness.
