HL 471 Exercise Specialization in Adult Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation 2 cr. Introduction to the theory and basis of graded exercise stress testing, exercise prescription and program development. Contemporary issues in the fitness field as well as the enhancement of professional credentials will be discussed. Notes:

This course may not be used in the health and nutrition minor or the community health education major.
