CJ 414 The Investigative Process II 4 cr. The actual gathering, identifying, preserving and analyzing of evidence. The course prepares students to write investigative reports that can be introduced into a court of law. It stresses the legal importance of all types of evidence and the probability of their acceptance in a court.
