Students may elect a cluster of courses from two or more departments, one of which may be in the School of Health and Human Performance, in lieu of a regular minor or electives. Courses must be approved by the department’s outdoor recreation division faculty. A list of courses in the cluster must be submitted by the student to the Registrar's Office before the first semester of the student’s senior year. An appropriate representative of any department contributing eight or more credits to the cluster must sign off on the list.
