Completion of both this major and the professional education sequence lead to secondary certification which enables the holder to teach physical education in the K-12 school setting.
Students majoring in secondary education physical education must maintain a grade point average of 2.70 or higher with no grade below a āCā in the professional education sequence, the major and/or minors and required cognates combined.
