Library research techniques and oral presentation of current chemical research topics. A topic is to be selected at the beginning of the semester in consultation with the Chemistry Department colloquium director. An oral presentation, with appropriate visual aids, is then to be given at the departmental colloquium before the end of the semester. The course is to be completed during the first eight hours of graduate credits.
