ED 530 Introduction to Educational Leadership 3 cr. Provides a review of the foundations of organizational theory, including definitions and application to organization behavior. Included is an overview of classic organization behavior and human relations theory. A concentration on leadership, motivation, change, conflict and power is applied to school improvement planning and educational leadership.
