CT 551 School Guidance Counseling Services 3 cr.

• Prerequisites: CT 550 and CT 553 or consent of instructor. Concurrent enrollment in CT 554.

The study of a broad range of school guidance counseling services and programs throughout K-12 schooling, including but not limited to vocational/career guidance and counseling, educational/occupational information, administration of school counseling programs, and testing strategies and programs. Consideration will be given to the counselor’s role as a consultant to teachers, parents, and administrators.
