Supervised practice in a service setting appropriate to the student’s program objectives. Demonstrated professional skills, abilities, knowledge bases, and ethics for successful performance of the many duties of a school guidance counselor are required in this course in order to be recommended to the State of Michigan for a school guidance counseling endorsement. Competencies are demonstrated in school settings (elementary, middle, secondary levels).
