Students with a major or minor in education must maintain a grade point average of 3.0 in the major and minor combined with no grades below a “C”. All courses in the professional education sequence must be at least a “B-“.

Note: Students who elect to complete a minor in elementary education early childhood must student teach in an elementary 4-8 setting and a K-3 setting. Students complete this requirement as part of their major.
