MA 100 Intermediate Algebra 4 cr.

This course is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in algebra, graphing, and problem-solving skills. Topics to include polynomials, advanced factoring, radical and rational expressions, linear equations and inequalities, systems of linear equations, and quadratic equations. Graphing and interpreting the following functions: constant, linear, quadratic, square root and absolute value. Applications are emphasized.
