MET 213 Materials Science I 3 cr.  (2-0-2) An introduction to the nature, processing, application and testing of materials used in industry today. Students will perform laboratory tests on plastics, wood, concrete, steel and other metals in order to understand the behavior and characteristics of materials under specific conditions.
