HM 305 Leadership of Hospitality Personnel 4 cr.  (4-0-0)

This course provides a study of multiple aspects of leadership in the hospitality industry. The course addresses the framework of leadership, supervisory skills, and knowledge needed to successfully lead the activities of a diverse group of employees. Students will identify their leadership styles and gain new perspectives to clarify difficult situations while practicing conflict resolution, assisting in developing competent, confident leaders.
