The American Red Cross will be hosting a blood drive on the main floor of the Lydia M. Olson Library from 10:00 a.m. — 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26th.
While there has been a significant and encouraging response to the dire need for blood across the nation, the American Red Cross needs more people to give in the weeks ahead to recover from its worst blood shortage in more than a decade.
Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, the Red Cross employees have implemented added precautions to ensure blood drives and donation centers are safe for donors and staff.
