Film provides a platform for people to tell stories, to bring awareness, to educate, to provoke discussion and to incite change. Several films will be shown throughout the UNITED Conference. They include:
- The Long Walk Home: 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23
- The Future of Food: 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23
- Beyond Reservation Road: 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23
- Indecently Exposed: 9 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 23
- Laagan (Once Upon a Time in India): 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24
- In the Time of the Butterflies: 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25
- History and Beliefs of Latter-day Saints: 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25
- Where the Spirit Lives: 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25
Films will be shown in room 136 of Whitman Hall on the corner of Norway and Fair Avenues (see campus map). Facilitators will be at each showing to lead discussions following the movies. There is no admissions charge.
