The UNITED Conference is a celebration of diversity. Conference attendees will have several opportunities to go to presentations to learn more about issues pertaining to diversity; topics range from immigration to gender studies to how the United States is perceived by other countries.
Carmen Tofalla is one of the conference's keynote speakers. She will present "My Heart Speaks a Different Language" at 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 24, and "The Holy Tortilla and the Magic of Touch" at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25.
All presentations will take place in the University Center off of the corner of Kaye and Presque Isle Avenues (see campus map). Please refer to the conference schedule for a complete list of presentations and details about time and location.
