"I first toured NMU on a Wildcat Weekend and I felt like this was a place where I could really find myself and grow as an individual. Northern continues to amaze me with all of its opportunities and coming here has been one of the best choices I have made. As a Freshman Fellow, I was able to work directly with cancer cells under the supervision of my faculty mentor."
