MGT 415 Small Business Consulting 4 cr. An application of students’ skills developed in their business administration programs to real problems faced by businesses in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Student teams are formed and each team is assigned a business or a not-for-profit institution to improve. Student teams analyze client’s problems and opportunities, conduct research, and derive solutions to problems.
