The Honorable Judge Robert Allen Edgar (Al Edgar) is NMU's guest Constitution Day lecturer. His lecture is entitled, "The Supreme Court Unhinged: A Retired Federal Judge's Perspective on the Constitution and the Supreme Court." Born in Munising, Michigan, he grew up in the UP.
